Robert Ugianskis, CEO: Robert began at Mt. Angel Vitamins in October 2015. Robert has over 20 years of experience managing growing businesses through various roles and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science. As the CEO, Robert is responsible for the company's vision, financial health, and direction with direct responsibility for Sales and Marketing.
Keith Gregory, CFO: As CFO, Keith is accountable for the administrative, financial, human resource and risk management operations, including the development of financial and operational strategies, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. He joined Mt. Angel Vitamins in January 2016.
Catherine Douglas, Marketing Director: Catherine holds a B.S. in International Business and a Postgraduate Degree in Wine Business, as well as a Digital Marketing Certificate from Oregon State University. She has 11 years of experience in marketing and communications in both the U.S. and overseas, and joined Mt. Angel Vitamins in July 2016.
Michael Carlson, COO: Michael has 40 years experience in the nutritional supplement industry with extensive background in production environments. This includes expertise in receiving, shipping, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, packaging departments, and plant design. He was a senior team member involved with planning and implementing plant-wide MRP II systems at three different facilities that included all GMP and SOP development. He joined Highland Laboratories (Mt. Angel Vitamins' parent company) in 2002.
John Mills, Director, Quality & Compliance: John holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry and has 10 years prior experience in biochemical research where he was responsible for GLP implementation in an analytical laboratory. He has been Quality Manager for Highland Laboratories (Mt. Angel Vitamins' parent company) since 1994 and was instrumental in the design of our laboratory facilities.
