This policy explains how shipping, returns, refunds, order cancellations, and subscriptions work at Mt. Angel Vitamins.

Shipping

Order confirmation & tracking

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, your confirmation/shipping emails will include tracking information.

If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, you may receive confirmation and/or shipment updates on the next business day.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Processing & delivery timing

We process orders on business days (excluding major holidays). Processing times and delivery times can vary based on order volume, inventory availability, weather, carrier delays, and your delivery location.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout (if any) are estimates—not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs (and any free-shipping offers) are shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Delivery issues (lost, delayed, or marked “delivered”)

If your tracking shows unusual delays, or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate and determine next steps.


Returns & Refunds (Website Purchases)

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

Important: This return policy applies to purchases made directly from mtangelvitamins.com. If you purchased from a third-party retailer (e.g., a marketplace or physical store), please contact that retailer directly for returns/refunds.

How to start a return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team (via our Contact Us page or by phone).
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  3. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address (please do not mail returns without instructions).

Return eligibility guidelines

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be purchased within the last 30 days, and
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt), and
  • Please return items in their original packaging when possible.

For satisfaction-based returns, we may require that a significant portion of the product remains to qualify for a refund/exchange.

Items that may not be eligible for return

The following are generally not eligible for return/refund (unless required by law or unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect):

  • Items not purchased from mtangelvitamins.com
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned without proof of purchase
  • Any items marked “final sale” (if applicable)

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item arrived damaged/defective, or
  • We made an error (wrong item shipped, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are typically non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect).

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it has been processed.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we can help you exchange for another item of equal value (or apply credit toward a different item, if available). Contact us to coordinate an exchange.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (if possible)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Order Changes & Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change a one-time order (address, items, quantity), contact us immediately.

  • Before shipment: If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel or update it.
  • After shipment: If your order has shipped, it can’t be canceled. You can request a return after delivery under the Returns & Refunds section above.

Subscriptions (Auto-Renew) — Terms & Cancellation Policy

When you select “Subscribe & Save,” you’re enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each recurring order on your selected schedule until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

How subscription pricing works (3-order minimum commitment)

The subscription discount is offered with a minimum commitment of 3 recurring orders.

That means:

  • To receive the subscription discount, you agree to complete at least three (3) recurring subscription orders, OR
  • If you want to cancel before completing 3 recurring orders, you may do so only by paying the discount difference described below (“Discount Reversal”).

Canceling after your 3rd recurring order

Once you have completed three (3) recurring subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time for future orders (no discount reversal due).

Canceling early (before 3 recurring orders)

You may request to cancel your subscription before completing the 3-order minimum, but to do so you must repay the discount you received.

Discount Reversal (early-cancel payback):

If you cancel early, you agree to pay the difference between:

  • the Subscription Price you paid, and
  • the Regular Price (the standard one-time purchase price) you would have paid without subscribing,

for each subscription order that has already processed/shipped under the discounted subscription pricing.

We may charge this Discount Reversal amount to your original payment method at the time of early cancellation.

If you do not want to pay the Discount Reversal:

Your subscription must remain active until the three (3) recurring orders are completed.

Definitions (for clarity)

  • Subscription Price: the discounted “Subscribe & Save” price paid on each processed subscription order.
  • Regular Price: the standard one-time purchase price listed for the product at the time each subscription order was processed (excluding subscription-only discounts).
  • Discount Reversal: the total of (Regular Price – Subscription Price) across shipped/processed subscription orders prior to cancellation (excluding shipping/taxes unless required by law).

Example (illustrative)

If a product is $40 one-time and $34 on subscription, the discount difference is $6 per order. If you cancel after 2 discounted subscription orders, the Discount Reversal would be $12.

Important subscription notes

  • Timing matters: If a recurring order is already processing or has already been billed, changes or cancellation may apply to the next scheduled order—not the current one.
  • Returns do not automatically cancel subscriptions: If you return an item, you must still cancel the subscription separately if you don’t want future shipments.
  • Managing your subscription: You can manage future shipments through your subscription management portal (typically accessible from your account and/or the links in your subscription emails). If you can’t access it, contact us and we’ll help.
