Why these three formulas work so well together*
No single joint supplement covers every angle. This stack is built so each bottle handles a specific job.*
Inflameze focuses on botanical support for a healthy inflammation response and daily comfort.* Joint Solution Advanced focuses on structure, lubrication and cartilage with glucosamine, hyaluronic acid and collagen.* MSM 2000 delivers a high potency sulfur source for connective tissue and mobility support.*
Used together with movement, strength work and weight management, the stack supports comfortable, confident movement in daily life.*
What each product brings to your joint routine*
Inflameze - Botanical joint comfort support*
Inflameze is built around Curcuma longa extract, Boswellia serrata, Bromelain, Devil’s claw, Quercetin, Yucca and Alfalfa. It targets a healthy inflammation response and everyday joint comfort in active adults.*
A meta analysis of randomized trials found that curcumin extracts can reduce arthritis pain and improve function compared with placebo, with similar benefits to some pain medications at about 1000 mg per day of curcumin.* You can review that analysis here .
A 2024 systematic review and newer clinical trials describe Boswellia serrata extract as a promising option for osteoarthritis symptom support, with improvements in pain and function in several randomized, placebo controlled studies.* Examples of this work can be seen here and here .
Mt. Angel’s Inflameze formula uses these botanicals together to support comfort and movement as part of a complete joint plan.* For more background on our inflammation formulas, see the All Inflameze collection here .
MSM 2000 - Sulfur rich joint mobility support*
MSM 2000 supplies a concentrated dose of methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur compound used to support connective tissue, cartilage and joint mobility.*
A randomized double blind placebo controlled trial in adults with knee osteoarthritis found that MSM at 3 g twice daily improved pain and physical function scores versus placebo over 12 weeks.* You can read that study summary here . A more recent trial in adults with mild knee pain also reported improved knee and overall health scores with MSM.* Details are available here .
In this stack, MSM 2000 adds sulfur building blocks on top of the glucosamine, collagen and hyaluronic acid found in Joint Solution Advanced.* To see where MSM fits in your routine, browse the Bone and Joint Support collection .
Joint Solution Advanced - Structural joint support*
Joint Solution Advanced combines glucosamine, MSM, hyaluronic acid, type II collagen and Boswellia with Curcumin C3 Complex and Bromelain. It targets cartilage, joint cushioning and long term mobility.*
An updated meta analysis of glucosamine and chondroitin found that these slow acting joint nutrients can support pain, stiffness and function in some osteoarthritis populations, although results are mixed and effect sizes are modest.* You can review that paper here .
Oral hyaluronic acid has also been studied. A 12 week randomized double blind trial of low molecular weight oral hyaluronic acid in adults with mild knee osteoarthritis reported improvements in pain and physical function compared with placebo.* You can see an example of this research here and a related knee discomfort study here .
