Quercetin Zinc, Quercetin Nettle+ & YourHeart Bundle – Immune & Heart Support
This bundle is three bottles for $79.99, $19.98 less than buying them separately. Quercetin Zinc (120 vegetarian capsules) gives 530 mg quercetin, 7.5 mg zinc and 25 mcg vitamin D3 per serving. Quercetin Nettle+ (60 vegetarian tablets) gives 1,000 mg quercetin. YourHeart Nutrients (60 vegetarian capsules) gives a 500 mg phytosterol complex and 100 mg CoQ10. Together they support immune and cardiovascular function.†
It's for adults who want immune support and a heart routine in one order. Start in your 30s and 40s, while it's a habit, not a project. Aging isn't optional. Getting old is.
Quercetin Zinc: quercetin with zinc, vitamin C and D3
Quercetin Zinc is the everyday bottle (120 vegetarian capsules). Each 2-capsule serving has 530 mg quercetin, 120 mg vitamin C (133% DV), 25 mcg vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (125% DV), 7.5 mg zinc from zinc ascorbate (68% DV), 50 mg bromelain from pineapple and 50 mg stinging nettle root. Zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D each play a part in normal immune function.† D3 is the form of vitamin D your skin makes from sunlight.
Quercetin Nettle+: a bigger quercetin serving
Quercetin Nettle+ (60 vegetarian tablets) brings 1,000 mg quercetin per 3-tablet serving, plus 250 mg vitamin C (277% DV) from 336 mg magnesium ascorbate, 200 mg pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, 4,000% DV) from 234 mg d-calcium pantothenate, 66 mg magnesium from magnesium ascorbate (15% DV), 150 mg bromelain (1200 GDU/g) and 100 mg freeze dried stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica). It supports the immune system.†
Does that much quercetin get absorbed? In a 12-week double-blind trial in 1,002 adults, 500 or 1,000 mg a day (with vitamin C) raised blood quercetin in step with the dose, but several blood measures of antioxidant status didn't change. Absorption is clearer than payoff (Shanely et al. 2010).
YourHeart Nutrients: the heart side
YourHeart Nutrients (60 vegetarian capsules) supports cholesterol levels already within the normal range and cardiovascular function.† One 4-capsule serving has a 500 mg beta-sitosterol phytosterol complex, 500 mg Terminalia arjuna 10:1 bark extract, 380 mg L-citrulline malate, 100 mg coenzyme Q10, 100 mg hawthorn berry extract (Crataegus laevigata fruit), 100 mg bromelain (1200 GDU/g), 210 mg magnesium from magnesium citrate and ascorbate (50% DV), 99 mg potassium from potassium citrate (2% DV) and 90 mg vitamin C from magnesium ascorbate (100% DV).
Plant sterols resemble cholesterol and compete with it for absorption in the gut.† CoQ10 helps cells make energy, and heart muscle uses plenty.† In a 14-day double-blind trial in 41 trained and untrained adults, 100 mg of CoQ10 twice a day (double one serving here) significantly raised blood CoQ10; a gain in treadmill time fell short of significance (Cooke et al. 2008). Your body turns L-citrulline into L-arginine, the raw material for nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels relax normally.†
How to take the three together
- Quercetin Zinc: "Take two capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your health care provider." Caution: "Do not exceed 4 capsules daily."
- Quercetin Nettle+: "Three to six tablets daily, as a dietary supplement."
- YourHeart Nutrients: "Take two capsules twice daily (total of 4 per day), preferably just prior to a meal."
An easy rhythm: 2 YourHeart Nutrients capsules before breakfast and again before dinner, 2 Quercetin Zinc capsules with breakfast, and 3 Quercetin Nettle+ tablets whenever suits you. That's 9 pills a day at the low end, with 1,530 mg quercetin, 460 mg vitamin C, 300 mg bromelain and 276 mg magnesium. Count those if other products you take overlap.

Don't take our word for it
We've been making supplements in Oregon since 1974. That's 52 years, and we're not getting old either.
- Checked off the shelf. When an outside lab bought our Quercetin Zinc off the shelf in 2022, it tested at 104% of its label claim.
- Verified by independent labs. ISO 17025-accredited labs check our test results.
- Every ingredient lot tested before use. Federal rules only require an identity test. We test every incoming lot for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbes.
- If it misses spec, it doesn't go in a bottle. More than 99% of our tests pass, and the lots that don't are turned away.
- A certificate of analysis for every lot. See the certificates of analysis for Quercetin Nettle+.
Made in the USA, in Mt. Angel, Oregon. All three are made and tested in our UL-certified cGMP facility in Mt. Angel, a Willamette Valley farm town of about 3,500. Formulators, makers and testers work under one roof, and so do the owners.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the bundle last?
The bottles run out at different times. At the label serving, YourHeart Nutrients lasts 15 days, Quercetin Nettle+ 20 days (10 at six tablets a day) and Quercetin Zinc 60 days, so you'll reorder the first two before the Quercetin Zinc is gone.
Is 1,530 mg of quercetin a day a lot?
Yes, it's well above what food provides. A safety review found side effects in human quercetin studies were rare and mild, but published data on 1,000 mg or more a day beyond 12 weeks are lacking (Andres et al. 2018). Going longer? Check with your healthcare practitioner.
Can I take these with medication?
Ask your healthcare practitioner first. The same review notes quercetin can change how much of certain drugs your body absorbs, and this bundle has quercetin in two bottles.
Why two quercetin products?
They do different jobs. Quercetin Zinc pairs a moderate quercetin serving with zinc, vitamin C and D3 for everyday immune support.† Quercetin Nettle+ adds a larger 1,000 mg serving with vitamin B5, magnesium, bromelain and nettle leaf.
How much do I save?
$19.98. The three cost $99.97 separately ($35.99, $35.99 and $27.99 at current prices). The bundle is $79.99, about 20% less.
